Sand Sculpting Australia - Frankston Waterfront 2009-2010 presents 'Great Moments In History' a spectacular exhibition of sand sculptures depicting unforgettable places, people and events from times past. 21 sculptors from around the world will carve 3,500 tonnes of sand into huge yet intricate creations.
